At Artscape, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor selections. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the items in their original protective wrap and shipping box to ensure they arrive back at our studio undamaged.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
